We're Josh and Terra. Family of six. We love creating spaces where large families can create memorable experiences together.
The Woodland Greene is our personal home. But during the summer months we like to do an extended stay with the in-laws so our kids can get some much needed grandparent time. While we're gone it's the perfect spot for family getaways, relaxing poolside, or visiting nearby attractions like the ARK Experience or Creation Museum.
Peaceful, quiet neighborhood nestled in a public golf course community. Large pool + hot tub for relaxing. Open floor plan with multiple large gathering areas inside and out. Playground and basketball goal for the kids. Quick access to I-75. Any convenience you need (grocery, restaurants, entertainment) all within a 5-10 minute radius.
Best rental house we've had yet - a definite do again.
We've rented many houses over the years as we get together with friends each Memorial Day, but we all agreed to liking this house the best. The house was spacious and well decorated. The landscaping was beautiful and well-kept. The kitchen was up to date and spacious, with everything we needed for the weekend of cooking - including fresh eggs every day! The pool was a definite plus as the kids spent most of their time there - and we all benefitted from the hot tub.
The home had enough space for our group of four adults and five children, ages 4-14, to enjoy each other's company or spread out and have separate quiet times. Walmart and other dinning choices were all a short drive away - and we even had pizza delivered one night. We could have spent the entire four-day weekend together in the house, without any outside entertainment - it was that nice. Homey, comfortable, clean. We look forward to visiting this home again in the future.

Kentucky Get Away
Our family had a great time staying in this house. We met the cleaning staff prior to us checking in & they were friendly & the house was clean. We had fantastic weather & the pool was a blast! The outside patio was nice & we enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit at night. Kitchen was well stocked & had great seating for our group. We would like to stay here again.

Great family reunion
We stayed at this home with family we haven't gotten to see in the last year and a half. The home was roomy and quiet, the pool was big, the property was quiet and the home was well equipped for cooking. The kids, parents and grandparents all had a great time!

Spacious, comfortable home
This beautiful, spacious home worked out great for our family's long weekend including 13 adults and one 2-year old. Ample seating for meals and games led to long conversations. We enjoyed the pool on these hot days and had a great time together.

Made many fun family memories!
We all felt right at home in this lovely home! It was the perfect place for our family - which included preschool age children to grandmas and grandpas! We so appreciated the pool, the play areas, and toys. This home was located in between our two attraction sites - The Ark Encounter and the Cincinnati Zoo.

Dream come true
Our family of 20 had a marvelous, relaxing wonderful stay at this property. The heated pool was the best amenity for the kids. They spent so much time in there. The spacious kitchen and dining area was perfect for our family dinners. Location was perfect with so much to go close by. Can’t say enough about this dream come true property.

Great place for a family reunion
19 of us (9 adults, 9 children, and 1 teen) enjoyed a 4 night stay at this beautiful home. The kids loved the pool and spent many hours, swimming, playing games in the water, and jumping off the diving board. The yard immediately behind the pool was large enough for several energetic games of ultimate frizbee. We made S'mores cooking marshmallows over an open fire in the outdoor fire pit; relaxed in the hot tub; and played corn hole with the corn hole set that was provided.
We ate almost all our meals at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, glasses, flatwear, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The house also has a gas grill that we used for cooking hamburgers, hotdogs, and brats.
This is our fifth summer coming to stay at this house, and we are looking forward to coming back next summer.

Relaxing trip
We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our entire group of 14. There was a nice putt putt course at the golf course nearby and trips into Cincinnati were under 30 min- We visited the Newport aquarium and a reds game. The heated pool and hot tub were both nice. There were plenty of pool towels, and Barbie toys. We really enjoyed our time together in the large open spaces.

Owners are attentive to questions. The house is perfect for families with multiple age groups so they can spread out in the house to do varying activities. We had a great time reconnecting with family!!

Wow!
We rented the house to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Our whole family enjoyed the swing set, hot tube, pool and fire pit! The home is much nicer then the picture show. We had plenty of room for us to be together and spread out. The 11 of us had all of our meals at the house. The kitchen is very well supplied. Really a wonderful option in a great location.

Perfect package
This property has everything to make your vacation stay outstanding. Plenty of room, comfortable and quiet setting, beautiful pool for the kids and a new hot tub for the adults. Nicely furnished but not fancy or complicated in any way. Generous with all of the bedding, towels etc. Friendly and accommodating owners!!
